Summary
An established and highly respected M&E contractor is continuing to expand its regional operation and is now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong HVAC background. This role sits within a growing Leeds-based team and offers long-term stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth across the North.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical building services projects across the MOJ, Healthcare and Commercial sectors, operating in technically challenging and often live environments. Projects typically range in value from £100k to £5m and are delivered for Tier 1 contractors and direct clients.
This is a senior, trusted position where you'll manage projects from pre-construction and procurement through to commissioning and final handover, ensuring programmes, budgets, quality and client expectations are met.
