Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager

Overview

We urgently require a qualified and experienced Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager to be based at our Head Office Lahore to head our Mechanical QA/QC Department at Corporate Level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Lead the new Certification and renewal processes.
• Internal and external quality audits and resolving NCRs.
• Implement quality improvement systems, conduct quality related risk assessments.
• Determine system improvements; implement change.
• Management of the Quality Team and monitoring their performance.
• Preparation of Quality Dossiers for Company and Sub-Contractors for clients.
• Project quality system management documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC under international standards like API-650 and ASME etc.
• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and other similar projects, with at least 5 years at managerial level.
