Produce and develop mechanical building services designs including HVAC, public health, and above-ground drainageSupport the Design Manager and wider project teams with technical input and coordinationReview consultant designs for compliance, buildability, and cost efficiencyAssist with value engineering and design developmentCoordinate with electrical, architectural, and structural disciplinesAttend design and technical meetings as requiredAbout You
Degree or HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services EngineeringExperience in mechanical building services designContractor or design & build experience preferred (consultancy backgrounds considered)Knowledge of UK building regulations and standardsExperience within residential, student accommodation, or hotel sectors beneficialStrong communication skills and a proactive approach
