Mechanical Shift Technician

Main Purpose:







To support manufacturing achieves their production, quality and safety targets. To support the Project Implementation and to handle all the mechanical needs of the shop floor, warehouse, Utilities, Perimeters and Admin building (Head Office inclusive) as per instruction.



Main Accountabilities:





+ Is responsible for in line production quality



+ Maintains safe working atmosphere of the equipment and coworkers and contributes to hazard reporting process of the factory



+ Submits daily maintenance and breakdown reports.



+ Follows the spare part management procedure.



+ Is responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of the line equipment



+ Performs size changeovers of the equipment if needed.



+ Is responsible for operating workshop related equipment (e.g. welding, grin...
