We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Store Manager to oversee our store operations in Faridabad, . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time, executive-level position that requires expertise in inventory management and SAP (Mandatory skill).
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in a mechanical store management role.
- Strong inventory management skills (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in SAP for inventory tracking and management (Mandatory skill).
- In-depth understanding of supply chain logistics for efficient store operations.
- Solid technical knowledge of mechanical parts and their applications.
- Effective team leadership skills to manage store staff and operations smoothly.
- Experience in budgeting to manage store financials effectively.
- Excellent vendor management skills to maintain and build strong supplier relationships.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve store-related issues promptly.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the mechanical store, ensuring efficient processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary purchases to maintain optimal stock.
- Utilize SAP software to track inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
