Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Store Manager to oversee our store operations in Faridabad, . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. This is a full-time, executive-level position that requires expertise in inventory management and SAP (Mandatory skill).


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of at least 5-7 years in a mechanical store management role.
  • Strong inventory management skills (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in SAP for inventory tracking and management (Mandatory skill).
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain logistics for efficient store operations.
  • Solid technical knowledge of mechanical parts and their applications.
  • Effective team leadership skills to manage store staff and operations smoothly.
  • Experience in budgeting to manage store financials effectively.
  • Excellent vendor management skills to maintain and build strong supplier relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve store-related issues promptly.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the mechanical store, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and make necessary purchases to maintain optimal stock.
  • Utilize SAP software to track inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
  • Provide technical support and knowledge to staff regarding mechanical parts and tools.
  • Lead and supervise store staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Handle budgeting activities to keep store operations within financial constraints.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for reliable service and materials.
