The Opportunity: Ground-Up Commercial Superintendent
This is a local, full-time role with no travel required. You’ll be the field leader on complex commercial builds—particularly healthcare and correctional facilities—where precision, security, and safety are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of daily jobsite operations.
Enforce site safety, compliance, and cleanliness across trades.
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, logistics, and inspections.
Maintain adherence to plans, specs, codes, and security requirements.
Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and field staff.
Mentor junior superintendents and develop field leadership.
What We’re Seeking:
10+ years as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
Proven experience in correctional and/or hospital construction is required.
OSHA 30 + First Aid/CPR certifications.
Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
Ability to drive a safe, well-organized, and professional jobsite.
Collaborative approach to managing field teams and stakeholders.
