Mechanical Superintendent

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Superintendent to join our team in the Dallas area with pay starting around 130K. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseeing mechanical construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects from planning to completion
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Relevant certifications or licenses may be required
