Mechanical Supervisor

Sphere Solutions are looking for a Mechanical Site Supervisor to work as part of a growing mechanical division, operating not only in South Wales but across the UK. This position is immediately available for candidates with experience who enjoy working as a site lead on commercial new build and refurbishment projects across the UK, ensuring that all aspects of the installation are completed to a high standard and within the allocated programme.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Managing all aspects of the project at a site level.

* Managing operatives and subcontractors, ensuring the installation of various packages is compliant with drawings and specifications.

* Managing all health, safety and environmental compliance on site, including carrying out toolbox talks with operatives and subcontractors.

* Ensuring compliance with the latest policies and staying up to date with any procedural changes.
