Job Description

AECOM Mexico is immediate need of a Resident Mechanical Engineer to support a major industrial project. This person works under the technical direction of the Resident Engineer Coordinator to provide assistance for engineering assignments and have the ability to solve construction related issues on the field. Review and comments on Contractor’s shop drawings, As-Built drawings, MS and material submittals and RFIs.
Job Duties
+ Provide assistance to the Resident Engineer with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, NCR’s and RFI's to all relevant parties.
+ Serve as the site person responsible for coordinating the daily site construction works.
+ Review the shop drawings, method statements, material submittals.
+ Monitor the progress of the site activities and make sure that all the construction works are carried out as per design/shop drawings and project specifications.
