We are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor specializing in CRA Cladding to oversee our installation and maintenance projects in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in mechanical engineering, particularly with CRA materials.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the installation and maintenance of CRA cladding systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during operations.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to optimize cladding design and implementation.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks on cladding work.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress and issues encountered.
  • Train and mentor junior mechanical staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in mechanical supervision, specifically with CRA cladding.
  • Strong knowledge of CRA materials and cladding techniques.
  • Proficiency in CAD software for design and analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to cladding and construction.
