Mechanical Supervisor – West London – £55,000 – Mon to Fri
A mechanical supervisor role for a qualified leader with strong building services knowledge. This role mixes hands on support with planning, reporting, and team performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supervising mechanical engineers and planning daily delivery
* Managing PPM schedules, compliance actions, and defects
* Remaining hands on for escalations and complex faults
* Managing subcontractors and overseeing specialist works
* Completing quality checks and supporting audits
* Producing reports and stakeholder updates
* Maintaining accurate job sheets, CAFM updates, and logbooks
* Supporting training, development, and performance standards
