Software Proficiency: Revit MEP (Mandatory), Navisworks, AutoCAD

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mechanical BIM Modeler to join our MEP

BIM team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Revit MEP and capable of

developing coordinated 3D mechanical systems models for high-quality MEP design and

construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and manage mechanical (HVAC, piping, firefighting) BIM models using Revit MEP.

- Prepare coordinated models and shop drawings as per project requirements.

- Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and architectural teams to resolve clashes and ensure model accuracy.
