Primary Functions:Maintenance and Repair of Mechanical Systems for Credit Union Facilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain credit union facilities. Prepare facility inspection and condition reports as required.Establish and implement a Preventive Maintenance program.Perform maintenance and repairs as necessary on credit union facilities to ensure they are maintained in a manner that is consistent with member and management expectations.Coordinate, schedule and execute maintenance and repair activities in a timely and efficient manner.Act as project lead or assist with moves, remodels new locations and reconfigurations to include planning, determining and acquiring needed assets to execute and report on assigned projects....
