Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, and makes modifications to mechanical equipment.
• Carries out preventative maintenance.
• Completes all duties according to applicable safety measures and published procedures.
• Assists field technicians with diagnostic checks and symptom analysis.
• Keeps an up-to-date inventory of mechanical tools.
• Identifies malfunctions and then carries out repairs.
• Interprets test plans and procedures.
• Regulates downtime by enlightening production staff on standard preventive maintenance methods and monitoring their compliance.
