Mechanical Technician - Nashik

Job Description:- Qualification: Diploma in MechanicalShould have hands on experience in Mechanical maintenance, specially: Oil Leakages/air leakages arresting project or TPM activities in CNC grinding machines- VMC, HMC, Honing machines, SPM machines. Should have experience of Oil management system CNC/ SPM machines. He should have knowledge of Hydraulic systems/ circuits of machines and be able to read Hydraulic drawings. Should have skill of trouble shooting of internal leakages or external oil leakages in machines, root cause identification and rectification. Should have experience of repairing hydraulic and pneumatic parts and assemblies of machines. Can work under a high production pressure environment. Can read the electrical hydraulic and pneumatic drawings. Should have clarity on machine maintenance concept and TPM concept. Daily recording of oil consumption in machines and take necessary actions for leakages. Do Kaizens and modifications to minimize the leakages. Plant permanent corrective actions to minimize the machine oil and air leakages. Should know basic maintenance systems like MTTBF, MTTR, Uptime, Why-Why analysis. Should know the basics of 5S, Kaizen concepts.
