Job Description
**Overview**
Element has an opportunity for **Mechanical Technicians (Environmental Simulation)** to join our team! The Mechanical Technician (Environmental Simulation) primary responsibility is to support the environmental and dynamics laboratory testing operations by conducting the relevant testing activities.
Element Newark offers a range of services, including shock and vibration testing, thermal stress, and extreme environment simulation. Together with our sister lab, Element Fremont, we support virtually _every_ industry in the Bay Area, including aerospace, defense, telecom, medical, automotive, industrial, and more.
This position will be based at the Newark, Ca location.
**Pay: $28-40/hr.**

+ Setup and run environmental and vibration tests
+ Set components within test fixtures in environmental simulation chambers in preparation for testing
