Mechanical Technician

Job scope:

• Carry out maintenance activities in compliance with established procedures, good engineering practices, and cGMP requirements.
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment and facilities to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
• Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance SOPs, procedures, and tasks to protect and sustain plant assets.
• Diagnose equipment issues by observing mechanical operations, listening for abnormalities, and using appropriate measuring and testing instruments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and provide support during IRS/QAR investigations.
• Support construction and commissioning activities by actively participating in punch listing, commissioning tasks, and discussions on equipment improvements or modifications with supervisors and engineers.
