Job Description

We are looking for TECHNICALLY Good Engineers, with Good Physics and Mathematics.

Undergo structured training on manufacturing processes, assembly, and quality standards specific to defense equipment. Learn about high-precision mechanical systems and defense technology requirements.

Support the design team by working on CAD models, drawings, and simulations. Assist in research and development (R&D) for new defense-related products. Gain hands-on experience in Bomb Shell Hydraulic Pressure Testing Machine , Dynamic Snubber (Shock Arrestor) Test Facility, ROTOR DYNAMICS TEST FACILITY, HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE TEST BENCH etc.... and assembly of high-precision parts. Work on production planning, process optimization, and troubleshooting issues. Assist in testing and inspecting components to ensure compliance with defense-grade standards.

Understand non-destructive testing (NDT), material testing, and performance validation. Participate in on-site installation and commissioning of machines at defense locations. Learn about preventive and corrective maintenance techniques for high-tech machines.
