Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineer

Job Type: Full-time 

Job Description: Omniply is looking for a senior mechanical/mechatronics engineer to join the R&D team for designing, prototyping, and qualifying Omniply’s delamination equipment, as well as be the liaison with equipment suppliers and commissioning at clients’ locations. We are looking for a candidate with a background in electrical and/or mechanical engineering, design, or manufacturing. Experience in the semiconductor or printing business is an added asset. 

Desired Skills: A very hands-on person with experience in building mechanical systems from scratch while working on an academic or industry project. A “go-getter” attitude is very important for us.
