Job Description
The Mechatronics Engineer will support Skillnet Learning's smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, and digital transformation initiatives by designing, implementing, and supporting automation, IoT, and machine monitoring solutions, while also contributing to training delivery, PoCs, and industry engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Implementation & PoCs
Design and deploy mechatronics-based solutions for MSMEs (machine monitoring, automation, predictive maintenance).
Support Proof of Concept (PoC) projects related to:
Machine health monitoring
Vibration, temperature, energy, and production data acquisition
PLC, sensors, actuators, and embedded systems
Assist in integrating IoT platforms, data loggers, and dashboards.
Conduct basic troubleshooting and performance analysis of machines and systems.
2. Industry 4.0 & Digital Manufacturing Support
Work on Industry 4.0 use cases such as:
Smart machines
