- Perform detailed checks on social media files, verifying the audio and video quality for archival readiness.

- Ensure adherence to file naming conventions and metadata standards to maintain consistency and searchability.

2. Editorial Coordination & Workflow Alignment:

- Maintain ongoing communication with editors and Video Publication Project Managers to facilitate a smooth and timely archival process.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues related to file inconsistencies, incomplete uploads, or miscommunication.
