We are looking for a data-driven and strategically minded Media Buyer to lead our paid advertising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our media strategy—from negotiating vendor rates to scaling high-performance digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across a diverse mix of channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Programmatic DSPs.
- Negotiation & Procurement: Proactively negotiate with media vendors and publishers to secure premium ad placements and cost-effective inventory.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor daily performance metrics ($CPA$, $ROAS$, $CTR$) and execute real-time pivots to maximize budget efficiency.
- Testing & Iteration: Lead A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and track monthly ad spend, ensuring all campaigns remain within budget while meeting aggressive growth targets.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and emerging media channels.
Requirements:
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and analytics tools like GA4 or Looker Studio.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into winning strategies.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to bargain and secure \"value-adds\" from vendors.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture of a marketing funnel and how media buying fits into the overall customer journey.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
