We specialize in building profitable acquisition systems using paid advertising across major platforms. We are seeking a highly skilled Google Ads Expert to plan, execute, and scale profitable campaigns while maximizing ROAS.


Key Responsibilities


Google Ads Campaign Management


  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube for e-commerce brands.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and apply data-driven optimizations to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
  • Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and bidding strategy optimization.
  • Scale profitable e-commerce accounts while maintaining efficiency and budget control.


Market, Keyword & Funnel Analysis


  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and keyword opportunities to identify growth levers.
  • Analyze search terms, audience signals, and funnel performance to refine targeting.
  • Optimize product feeds for Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Identify gaps in landing pages and conversion funnels impacting campaign performance.


Collaboration & Coordination


  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to develop high-converting ad creatives for Display and YouTube.
  • Provide clear briefs for ad copies, creatives, and landing page requirements aligned with campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and scaling of campaigns.


Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Track and analyze key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and Impression Share.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Optimize bidding strategies (tROAS, tCPA, Max Conversions, Manual) based on performance data.
  • Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands with consistent high ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and feed optimization.
  • Experience with Meta Ads or other paid platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and take decisive action.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive performance targets.
  • Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
