Media Buyer

Compensation + Structure:

• Internship (3 months): ₹20,000/month stipend + up to ₹40,000/month in commissions
• Full-Time Conversion: ₹4 LPA fixed + ₹2 LPA variable (KPI-linked)
• Additional performance commissions up to ₹4,00,000, then 3.5% uncapped
• Clear growth ladder from Performance Marketing Manager to Head of Growth

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Meta
• Manage multiple live ad accounts with monthly budgets ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹6,00,000 per account
• Run structured experiments including A/B testing, through-play optimisation and audience testing across platforms
• Build and refine audiences including custom, lookalike, retargeting and intent-based segments
• Maintain clean tracking across platforms, including UTMs, Pixel configuration, CAPI setup and Google...
