  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign implementation across traditional and digital channels: TV, Radio, OOH, BVOD/SVOD and Programmatic.
  • Manage creative trafficking and delivery, ensuring assets, specs, and deadlines are met across multiple vendors and publishers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Performance, and our Broker teams to align campaign timelines, messaging, and execution details.
  • Track and reconcile media budgets and spends, liaising with finance and media partners on invoicing, discrepancies, and cost summaries.
  • Assist with post-campaign reporting, compiling delivery data, spend summaries, and performance insights.
  • Maintain campaign documentation - schedules, asset logs, placement details, and reporting templates ensuring everything’s accurate.
