Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for agency partners on operational tasks and asset delivery.
  • Execute day-to-day paid media tasks including QA of new ad sets, and maintenance of campaign trackers, timelines, and status documents to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Organize and maintain campaign assets, briefs, and creative files in shared drives Schedule and coordinate paid media meetings; prepare agendas and capture feedback notes.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables and send reminders to keep workstreams on schedule.
  • Process invoices and purchase orders; maintain accurate records for paid media spend.
  • Assist with vendor onboarding, NDAs, and access requests as needed.
  • Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and shared resources.
