Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Media Creative Executive to support content creation, media production, and creative projects across digital and offline platforms. The role involves working with internal teams and external partners to produce engaging content aligned with brand goals. Key Responsibilities : Assist in planning, creating, and executing media and content projects Coordinate with designers, video editors, writers, and production teams Create and manage content for digital platforms including social media, websites, and campaigns Support video shoots, content production schedules, and post-production activities Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and timely delivery Manage content calendars and track deliverables Assist with basic editing, scripting, or creative inputs as required Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on campaigns Maintain content libraries and project documentation Requirements Experience: 14 Years,Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills Good written and verbal communication Basic understanding of content creation, media production, or digital platforms Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Team-oriented with a proactive attitude Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends Basic knowledge of video editing, scripting, or design Qualifications Graduate in Media, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or related field Relevant experience in media, content, or creative roles preferred Benefits Opportunity to work on diverse creative projects Exposure to media production and digital campaigns Career growth in media and creative industries
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, or related field.
1-3 years
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film Editing, Multimedia, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience editing for digital campaigns and social media. Proven understanding of YouTube, Reels, and short-form storytelling strategies. Strong grip on pacing, rhythm, and narrative tension to maximize viewer retention. Excellent creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset. Strong writing skills and must be able to draft captions, titles, or narrative prompts when needed. Confident in presenting ideas and creative justifications during review sessions. Experience working on international campaigns or multilingual content is a plus. Language Proficiency: English (Required), Hindi (Required), Tamil & Telugu is plus point.
