Media Domain BA - CREQ189980 Description Overall experience should be 12 to 14 years
Strong work experience with Media customers
Perform Stakeholder Analysis
Prepare set RSA Requirement study agenda
Set up RSQ Requirement study questionnaire
Circulate RSQ among stakeholders and record the response
Conduct requirement elicitation
Capture Functional Requirements or Non-Functional Requirements
Analyze the requirement By applying various technique
Solve the real business problem by analysing the requirement Fill those gaps
Understand Basic research about customer and the business background
Organize and manage the requirement gathered Prioritize
Design the solution Application overview
Document the designed solution BRD, FRD, PDD,SRD, FSD, FRS, etc.,
Circulate the document for peer review or internal stakeholder QA, Dev, PM
Provide walkthrough the internal and external stakeholder
Prepare RTM Requirement Traceability Matrix to ensure all requirements has been captured and circulate the document to different implementation teams for tracing the requirement in each stage
Gain signoff from the customer on document prepared BRD, FRD, PDD, SRD, FSD, FRS, etc.
Baseline and store the document for future reference
Perform UAT testing this depends on project type , but the BA should perform one level testing to ensure committed is being delivered
