  • Job Overview:

    We are seeking a results-driven Media Executive – Performance Marketing to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should be data-focused, ROI-driven, and experienced in scaling performance campaigns.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms
    • Manage search, display, remarketing, and social media ad campaigns
    • Monitor daily performance metrics including CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
    • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
    • Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients

    Required Skills & Tools:

    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
    • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics
    • Knowledge of audience targeting, funnels, and conversion tracking
    • Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager (preferred)
    • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills

    Qualifications:

    • 1–3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing
    • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred)
    • Strong communication and reporting skills
