About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Director – Client Lead (Integrated Media Planning) to drive full-funnel, data-led media strategies for leading FMCG brands. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in integrated media planning, digital transformation, and brand growth, with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver measurable business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead integrated media planning and execution across TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Digital for multiple brands with a cumulative media budget exceeding ₹100M.
  • Develop data-driven, ROI-focused media strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and performance metrics.
  • Build and optimize brand conversion funnels by integrating media inputs with brand tracking to drive targeted outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a team of media planners, fostering strategic thinking, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and leverage data insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and cost efficiency.
  • Deliver award-winning and innovation-led campaigns that elevate brand recognition and business impact.
  • Lead integrated annual operating plans (AOPs) and continuously challenge briefs to evolve media strategies and exceed client KPIs.
  • Develop and implement digital-first marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and measurable growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, performance, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, full-funnel media solutions.
  • Oversee initiatives across awareness, engagement, and conversion — spanning social media, influencer marketing, performance media, CRM, and digital transformation.

  • Excellence in digital strategy, influencer marketing, CRM, and performance optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.


Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in integrated media planning and strategy, preferably within advertising, media, or marketing agencies.
  • Prior experience handling FMCG or large-scale consumer brands is essential.
