Media Planning Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager - Media Planning. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective media plans, collaborating with the media strategy team, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Key responsibilities include working closely with cross-functional teams, staying informed about new media trends, and optimizing campaigns to achieve desired results.

• Strong skills in Media Planning and Media Strategy to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Proficiency in leveraging New Media channels and platforms to enhance campaign performance.
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective Communication skills for team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and presenting strategies.
• Proven ability to stay updated on emerging media trends and adapt strategies as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
• Experience in media planning and strategy for digital campaigns is a plus.
