Media Reporting and Analytics Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive (News Channel)

Location: Noida

Experience: 2–5 years (preferably from Media / News / Broadcast industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to manage end-to-end campaign data operations for our news channel. The role involves maintaining campaign schedules, bookings, and daily logs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage campaign booking, scheduling, and log generation for all on-air and digital campaigns.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Traffic teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards related to campaign.

- Ensure accurate data entry in booking and scheduling systems (like BMS or similar).

- Support the team in forecasting and utilization reports of ad inventory.

- Generate and circulate daily / weekly / monthly reports for management review.

- Identify discrepancies in campaign logs or schedules and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain historical data and assist in data audits or reconciliations when required.

Requirements:

- Graduate / Postgraduate with strong analytical and reporting skills.

- 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Scheduling, or Traffic Operations (preferably from TV, Radio, or Digital Media industry).

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.

- Familiarity with BMS / IBMS / or other broadcast management systems preferred.

- Excellent coordination, time management, and communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
