Own a county-wide health-justice build. You will stand up the Washington HCA Reentry Demonstration Initiative in a 24/7 secure setting, linking clinically appropriate services to Medicaid benefits before release so people reenter the community safer, healthier, and connected to care. If you’ve launched a new
clinical or funding programs—especially across agencies—this is a high-impact platform to do it again at scale.



Project Term: Through December 31, 2026. Potential for extension or conversion depends on County Council approval and future funding.
