Tasks & Responsibilities After Completion

Graduates of the Medical Assistant Ausbildung will be qualified toperform the following duties:

·Welcoming patients, registration,
and conducting initial consultations

·Assisting doctors during medical
examinations, treatments, and procedures

·Organizing and coordinating
patient appointments and internal workflows

·Maintaining electronic patient
records and managing medical documentation

·Preparing medical findings,
reports, and examination results

·Performing laboratory tasks such
as blood sampling, urine analysis, and sample preparation

·Processing invoices and handling
medical billing procedures

·Managing orders for medical
supplies, medicines, and practice materials

·Informing patients about
treatments, medications, and aftercare procedures

·Providing first aid and assisting
in emergency situations

·Ensuring hygiene and safety
standards, including cleaning and disinfecting instruments and rooms
