Program Overview:

The Medical Assistant (Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r) Ausbildung Program provides Indian candidates with a structured and secure route to establish a sustainable healthcare career in Germany through the internationally recognized dual vocational training system (Duale Ausbildung). This program integrates comprehensive theoretical instruction at a vocational school with practical, on-the-job training in accredited medical facilities, ensuring participants develop relevant clinical competencies, professional certification, and real-world experience in parallel. Upon successful completion, graduates earn a nationally recognized German qualification, unlocking access to stable employment, long-term career advancement, and permanent residency opportunities within Germany’s robust and growing healthcare sector.


Tasks & Responsibilities After Completion

Graduates of the Medical Assistant Ausbildung will be qualified to perform the following duties:

·         Welcoming patients, registration, and conducting initial consultations

·         Assisting doctors during medical examinations, treatments, and procedures

·         Organizing and coordinating patient appointments and internal workflows

·         Maintaining electronic patient records and managing medical documentation

·         Preparing medical findings, reports, and examination results

·         Performing laboratory tasks such as blood sampling, urine analysis, and sample preparation

·         Processing invoices and handling medical billing procedures

·         Managing orders for medical supplies, medicines, and practice materials

·         Informing patients about treatments, medications, and aftercare procedures

·         Providing first aid and assisting in emergency situations

·         Ensuring hygiene and safety standards, including cleaning and disinfecting instruments and rooms

Educational & Age Criteria

·         Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) / Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSC)

·         Maximum age: 30 years

Language Requirement

·         German language proficiency at B2 level (CEFR)

·         Careful, accurate, and organized working style

·         Good oral and written communication skills

·         Interest in medical procedures, diseases, and treatment methods
