Job Description

The medical assistant will perform clinical duties in a clinic setting under the supervision of a physician. The primary responsibilities will focus on back-office tasks, including taking vitals and assisting providers. Occasionally, assistance with front-office tasks will be required. Additional duties include restocking materials as necessary and cleaning rooms after patient visits.

Responsibilities

  • Take and record patient vitals accurately.
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks.
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures.
  • Conduct patient triage efficiently.
  • Support pediatric and family health services.
  • Restock materials and supplies as needed.
  • Clean and prepare examination rooms after patient visits.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
