Our Pediatrics Schenectady is looking for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant to join their team!

The hours are Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

**This position is eligible for up to a$1,000 recruitment and retention bonus!!**

The primary role of this position is to room patients, obtain vitals, accurately document in patient records, and maintain timely patient flow throughout the day. 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Document verbal conversations and information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.
  • Obtain patient signature on Advanced Beneficiary Notice (ABN) according to Medicare requirements.
  • Maintain timely patient flow.
  • Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.
  • Obtain specimens (, urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.
