• A/R & Billing Leadership – Oversee denied, aged, and unresolved claims; ensure payer follow-ups and prompt reimbursements.
• Claims Resolution – Research and resolve payer issues, submit secondary/tertiary claims, and handle escalations.
• Team Management – Lead and mentor A/R specialists, providing coaching and monitoring KPIs.
