Key Responsibilities

  • MakeaccurateICD-10-CM code assignments.

  • Review OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set) and assignaccuratecodes supported by the documentation.

  • Identifyviableprimary diagnosis and procedures as well as pertinent secondary diagnosis and procedures.

  • Adhere to coding compliance regulations and internal policies to ensureaccuratebilling for our client agencies.

  • Review, interpret, and recommenda planof care corrections as needed.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
