  • Performs coding audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, laws and government regulations.
  • Ability to write a Letter of Rationale for providers.
  • Ability to meet required productivity standards in both quantity and quality.

    • Qualifications:

  • Credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS
  • Minimum 3 years coding/auditing experience
  • Proficient in the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Encoders
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
