We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Collection Representative with experience in the personal injury and medical collections field. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to work closely with attorney offices, medical providers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case resolution.

• Manage and follow up on medical accounts related to personal injury cases
• Communicate professionally with attorney offices regarding case status, liens, settlements, and payments
