Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist based in Pune. The responsibilities include promoting and selling medical devices, managing relationships with orthodontists, and identifying sales opportunities. The role also involves implementing effective sales strategies, managing sales operations, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate will represent The Aligner Company and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.
Qualifications
- Experience in Medical Sales, Sales, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals
- Knowledge and expertise in the Medical Devices and Orthopedics domain
- Proficiency in Sales Operations, including planning, execution, and optimization of sales activities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in sales or healthcare are a plus
