Job Description

We are currently looking for a Helpdesk Specialist to join our growing team! If you're passionate about customer service, have an eye for detail, and want to work in a dynamic healthcare support environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Issue Letters of Authority (LOAs) after evaluating coverage, and professionally explain reasons for non-coverage to members
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues related to handling time and waiting time
  • Secure overriding approval from the Helpdesk Supervisor for LOAs that exceed CCS authority limits
  • Assist the Immediate Superior in conducting follow-up on-site orientations and training sessions for new CCRs
  • Support in the preparation and submission of reports such as census, doctor decking, POS queue, and manual LOAs
