About the Role


We are seeking qualified Medical Interpreters to support healthcare interactions through Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) and Over-the-Phone Interpreting (OPI). This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting medical clients across the United States. Both experienced (XP) and non-experienced (NXP) candidates are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide accurate and confidential medical interpretation via video and phone.
  • Facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.
  • Adhere strictly to medical terminology, ethics, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain professional conduct and service quality during all interpreting sessions.


Basic Candidate Requirements


  • Laptop or PC (Windows OS required)
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Stable wired internet connection
  • Neutral grey background suitable for video interpretation
  • Ability to work during U.S. time zones


Preferred Qualifications


  • Prior experience in medical interpreting (XP candidates)
  • Strong language proficiency and clear articulation
  • Familiarity with medical terminology
  • Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented approach


Languages Required


  • Professional working proficiency in Polish, Czech, and German
