  • Proficiency in Malayalam language
  • BSC MLT or D MLT qualification
  • Experience as a hospital lab technician will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing laboratory tests
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
