Medical Laboratory Technologist

1. Laboratory Testing & Analysis

• Perform routine and specialized diagnostic tests on blood, urine, tissue, and other biological samples.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes, analyzers, and centrifuges.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results to physicians and healthcare providers.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Adhere to clinical laboratory standards, including CLIA, CAP, and OSHA regulations .
• Maintain accurate documentation of all lab procedures, calibrations, and quality control checks.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and biosafety protocols .
• Participate in internal and external quality assurance programs .
