Seeking a Medical Office Administrator/Optometric Assistant for well established Optometry practice in South Barrie

This is a permanent part time position, no students please.

Duties include: patient scheduling, confirmation calls (approx. 60 patients per day), monthly patient recalls, POS, OHIP billing, manage multiline phone system, voicemail, emails, faxes and referrals. Candidate will also gather patient information for doctor intake and perform pretesting on specialized equipment. Training will be provided.

-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
