Status: Full-time, permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday, Standard 38.75 hour work week. Occasional evening work will be required

Reports to: Program Manager, Clinical Operations
Position Summary
The Medical Office Assistant (MOA) is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for greeting and assisting them, booking appointments, managing incoming calls and multidisciplinary team schedules. This position is key to smooth and efficient clinic operations and supports this by relaying information related to patient appointments, referrals, follow up tasks and data entry.
