Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and triage in the emergency department, prioritizing care based on severity.
  
• Provide immediate and effective medical interventions for acute illnesses, trauma, and life-threatening conditions.
  
• Manage and monitor patients in the ICU, including interpreting vital signs, adjusting treatment plans, and coordinating with critical care teams.
  
• Perform emergency procedures such as intubation, central line placement, and resuscitation in accordance with hospital protocols.
  
• Document patient histories, clinical findings, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in real time using electronic health records (EHR).
  
• Collaborate with senior physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
  
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency calls during off-hours.
  
• Stay updated on advances in emergency medicine and critical care through continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital safety protocols in emergency and ICU settings.
  

Requirements:

• MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC).
  
• Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in emergency medicine and intensive care.
  
• Proven experience in managing trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions.
  
• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and invasive monitoring techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under high-pressure environments.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical setting with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records.
  
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
