Requirements: MBBS degree with valid registration from the National Medical Commission (NMC). Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in emergency medicine and intensive care. Proven experience in managing trauma, cardiac emergencies, respiratory failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions. Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) is mandatory. Strong understanding of ICU protocols, ventilator management, and invasive monitoring techniques. Excellent communication, decision-making, and multitasking skills under high-pressure environments. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical setting with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using hospital information systems and electronic medical records. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
