Overview

Medical Oncologist plays a crucial role in diagnosing and treating cancer patients. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, oversee chemotherapy and other treatments, and provide compassionate care and support for patients and their families. Medical Oncologists are also involved in clinical research to advance cancer treatment and contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine appropriate cancer treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, type of cancer, and individual needs
  • Oversee the administration of chemotherapy and other cancer treatments
